Hi,
I'm hoping to get a response from one of the teachers here. My husband and I have a 9 month old and spend a lot of time sitting on the floor. Any advice on how to properly floor sit? Any videos that show the right way?

Hi Katelynn,
The first half of this Gokhale℠ Moment: Wedge video is all about sitting on the floor:
The idea is to use some kind of wedge under your behind so that you are able to sit with a J-spine without needing to use any muscle tension to hold that shape.
