Good information. Thanks Esther. I would like to add that you can purchase a foam wedge cushion (Amazon carries them) which are lightweight and have handles. You can easily carry them around (like when going to the movies lol).
Now I have some awesome suggestions to try as I stacksit on the floor and work a puzzle on a low coffee table. I was wondering if I could sit on my heels and I am happy you addressed that in this video. Thank you!
Thank you Esther for having these videos for us to review at our convenience. I was just revisiting this one this morning and I am going to try to use the round cushion I have in the chair (in picture above) as a substitute for the Japanese meditation cushion you mentioned in this video for when I am stack sitting on the floor cross legged.
Making notes for myself....these are the tools/props I want to gather when trying to practice stacksitting:
If I am stacksitting in a chair I could try to use:
a folded thick blanket
a bed pillow
a large thick decorative throw pillow from my couch
a folded large bath towel
If I am stacksitting on the floor...I could:
use my own heels underneath my behind
use the round pillow I have shown above in chair (as a substitute for Japanese meditation cushion)
build a little long short bench as you show in the video
Note to self... I am going to put all of these in one corner of my living room today and try each one (except the bench... have to make that first!)
Liked your video on sitting
