First, I am thrilled to find this book. I've looked into so many resources, and on my own had concluded that it would make sense to study how other cultures (eg. indigenous) stood and moved, and also had found through trial and error that anteverting my pelvis using the gluts helped my back. Trouble was I was also learning the neutral position from PT instructions. This approach makes so much sense, and my back already feels better just from stopping trying to do the neutral pelvis and allowing myself to stand with it anteverted.
I do want to go through all the lessons now, but find it difficult to read and apply what I read. I'd love a guided audio. Do you have one for all the lessons? If not, I'll probably record one myself!
