Audio instructions?
First, I am thrilled to find this book. I've looked into so many resources, and on my own had concluded that it would make sense to study how other cultures (eg. indigenous) stood and moved, and also had found through trial and error that anteverting my pelvis using the gluts helped my back. Trouble was I was also learning the neutral position from PT instructions. This approach makes so much sense, and my back already feels better just from stopping trying to do the neutral pelvis and allowing myself to stand with it anteverted. I do want to go through all the lessons now, but find it difficult to read and apply what I read. I'd love a guided audio. Do you have one for all the lessons? If not, I'll probably record one myself!

On the back page of 8 Steps I promised an audio guide to stretchlying on your  back. Digging your elbows into the bed while lying down makes it rather difficult to be holding a book at the same time. Presuming that people are going to be doing this as they prepare themselves for sleeping at night, it seems particularly desirable to have the audio guide for this action. Today, we brought a microphone into the office to create an audio track - I will have a go with it.  If this goes well I will think about audio guides for the rest of the actions. One step at a time... Glad you have found corroboration in the book for what makes your body comfortable!
