Maintaining kidney bean foot shape while wearing shoes

Hi all,

Can someone tell me how it's possible to maintain the "kidney bean" foot shape while wearing shoes?

Thanks,

Ryan

It is harder, for sure, and depends on how roomy the shoe is (flip flop, sandal, boot might be easier....dress shoe might be harder or not possible). I would focus on kidney shape when barefoot and focus on gripping and grabbing with foot when shod. Grabbing action is also easier in a roomier shoe.

Thank you, Cecily! That makes sense and helps a bunch.

Hello Ryan,

You will need shoes that allow one to 'Kidney Bean' their foot. I recommend turning a shoe over and taking a look at the sole. The sole that has 'Kidney Bean' shape is much easier to work with.

Best,

Aurelia Vaicekauskas

I will do that! Thank you, Aurelia!
