Has anyone tried this? It was for sale in my food co-op by the company's owner. I was wondering if it would be of good use sitting on my wooden dining room bench. It does angle one's pelvis in the Gokhale way, I think.

Hello Seastar,
I haven't tried this particular wedge but it looks like a nice wedge for Stacksititng. One way to see if the wedge works for you is to try it out.
Unfortunately a good wedge alone doesn't guarantee Stacksitting. The website model is tucking her pelvis, deffinitly not Stacksitting!
We would like a wedge to tip your pelvis forward (at L5/S1) just the right amount, so that the spine can stack well and you can find that sweet spot of beeing upright and relaxed.
In general, pretty much any wedge will work well; as long as its angle fits you, it has substance and isn't lumpy.
Happy Stacksitting!
