Hello, I am currently working through the 8 steps book. I struggle to feel the effects from most things, the same situation when seeing phyios etc, I find I just don't seem to respond to anything, my physio did notice I have pectus excavatum to a minor degree, I was just wondering if anyone trained in the Gokhale method has any experience treating people with this ( a slight dip in the chest which also makes my ribs flare, maybe why I cannot seem to anchor my ribs? )
Anyway I just wondered if there is anything I need to bare in mind with this, or any exericses that might be even more important because of this.
Thanks so much in advance

Hello - I'm going to repeat the reply I gave to your other recent question on this part of the forum.
As another teacher has recently advised you, I agree that your next step should be meeting with a teacher in person for an Individual Consultation, and/or taking the Foundations Course. There is only so much advice a teacher can responsibly give without seeing someone in person.
All the best to you as you take your next step -
