Hello:
I am new to all this. I thought that anteverted meant "tipped forward" but doen't that mean a forward tuck? I read that the butt has to stick out a bit, but doesn't that mean tilting the pelvis back a bit?? Is the goal to get the pelvis in the middle?
Thank you!!

No one's replied to your basic question yet? That's unfortunate.
An anteverted pelvis is tipped forward at the top, so the top is pointed forward. Tucking is the opposite--it is bringing the bottom of the pelvis forward. Don't think about making your bottom stick out in back--with proper posture in standing and walking your bottom will be behind you naturally and comfortably. It takes time to retrain the body, so it takes a while until it becomes a comfortable thing.
