Hi Esther, I just returned from the training in Chicago, it was wonderful! My question is in regards to yoga and pilates. I'm questioning now all of the rounded back poses of yoga and the constant pelvic tucking of both yoga and pilates. I would love to know what poses you teach in your classes and if you have suggestions on poses best avoided. Do you have any advice about pilates? I have been doing reformer workouts for 6 months and am now really questioning the different pelvis positions and rouding of the back. I know this is alot of questions, sorry:)
