How do you stretch sit while wearing thick clothing or thick coat (both separately)? How can you get the back to attach to something without coat and clothing slipping?

Hi Jlogirl,
You can Stretchsit with a coat. It is not be the same as when you are wearing a single layer but I do get a decent Stretchsit even with my winter down coat. If anything, the extra bulk of the coat that ends up bunching up in the back (while I am going through the motions of Stretchsitting,) gives a nice support to my Stretchsit Cushion. My coat is close fitting and I do end up feeling a little bit like a sausage in casing, but my back is happy :-)
