Hello Esther,
In a recent class you mentioned using a rib brace to help with maintaining the rib anchor. What kind of rib brace do you recommend? And how would you recommend using it?
Thank you!

Thank you for your question about the rib anchor. Esther has written a blog on choosing and using back braces:

But I think you are asking about the rib anchor which would not use a back brace. A theraband is a nice way to anchor your ribs and acts as a reminder. Tie the band around your lower rib cage, not too tight but enough to remind yourself to keep your ribs anchored and thereby eliminate the sway in the spine and disc compression.
Amazon carries them:

Hope that helps,

Hi there,
Ribs brace is used more in case of injury or fractures in chest area and may or may not be able to cue the person to rotate the ribcage(rib anchor) forward.
In case you are looking for Rib Brace, this is one Esther recommends: https://amzn.to/2q5A5un
