Hello,
I am quite intrigued by this postural practice and have just finished watching the google talk. It was a little hard to follow at one point with regards to variations in spinal curvatures as the video didn't clearly show which curves you were referring to as ideal and which 'architecture' as you put it (love it!) is not part of our natural design.
So what I have gathered is that a the Gokhale method involves a nutated pelvis (understanding that this is the ideal angle of the pelvis is rare to come by and I totally agree!), minimal lumbar curve and minimal cervical curve. Is this right? I am just delving into the 8 steps but just want clarification on the basic spinal arrangement if possible. Thank you!
