spinal decompression
I've ready your book and have noticed positive results from practicing your method.  I participated in your online class this morning, Feb 3, and you skipped my question on spinal decompresson.  I'm interested in your comments on spinal decompression programs which use a modern-day, computer-controlled traction table, such as the DRX-9000, to elongate the spine and give room for disc re-hydration.  Full disclosure here: I totally resolved a sciatic problem in 2008 with one such 3-month program.  But I wondered if you know much about this method or have heard reports from other student of yours.  Your method continually stresses elongation of the spine.

Glad this worked for you. All the patients I have seen who have tried the machine you mention (about a dozen patients) have had either no results or negative results. Two of them had devastating results. They also seem to have spent an average of $4000 trying it out. I think you can do very effective traction without equipment (or with minimal equipment like my Stretchsit cushion), inexpensively as much as you like.
