I'm having trouble figuring out how to antivert my pelvis without swaying my back when standing. Any suggestions?

In our courses, we teach Tallstanding with a checklist of 3s: 3 things in the feet, 3 things in the lower body, 3 things in the upper body.
All together, these postures will allow for an anteverted pelvis without a sway. Tallstanding optimizes posture from head to toe!
