Esther, I wanted to say how helpful the Saturday AM stretch and stregthen class has been for me. I recently took your basic program and the stretch class has been perfect as a way to reinforce the key lessons, like glide walking, hip hinging, etc. Each week I've gotten some important reminder as well as tips to avoid problems with stretches and exercises.
Also, when I walked the Rock and Roll half marathon on 10/3, Rita gave me 3 great hints that made the difference between the race being a joy or an ordeal.
