Stretch and strengthen class is great
Esther, I wanted to say how helpful the Saturday AM stretch and stregthen class has been for me.  I recently took your basic program and the stretch class has been perfect as a way to reinforce the key lessons, like glide walking, hip hinging, etc.  Each week I've gotten some important reminder as well as tips to avoid problems with stretches and exercises.

Also, when I walked the Rock and Roll half marathon on 10/3, Rita gave me 3 great hints that made the difference between the race being a joy or an ordeal.

Awesome. I wish more people were taking advantage of these classes. The heavy lifting is done in GM 101. These classes help expand the knowledge and keep the principles in action. And for people who haven't done GM 101, it's a helpful way to get a workout and some insight (though not as systematically and thoroughly as in GM 101) into how to use the body in a healthy way.
