I love how it feels to breathe in the back and move the spine up and down while sitting or standing. Is this possible/ supposed to be felt while lying on the back too? Seems that it would be forced to the front from the pressure on the back?

Hi Elizabeth,
Glad to hear you're enjoying the feeling of movement with the breath - your inner massage therapist! This is definitely what you'd like to be feeling when tallstanding and stacksitting, but, as you inferred, is not suited to stretchlying.
