I know this is not about stretch lying but wasn't sure the category. My kids constantly work on the floor. Is she bending at the wrong part of the back? Can you tell me if there is a way to do this safely?
This looks not too bad actually. Her legs are nicely externally rotated, her shoulders are back and her neck looks like it is straight in line with her upper spine. There may be a little more bend in the lower back than is healthy (ideally the only spot that would bend is the L5S1 joint), but it is difficult to tell from this photo. Does it feel comfortable to her? Something that could help is a small cushion under her stomach.
