I currently sleep with a pillow on top of a Therapedic Bed Wedge Pillow that has helped me sleep better and keeps me from snoring by elevating my upper body. In the chapter on stretchlying there is a diagram that shows not to lie rounded, and it's hard to tell if this is what is happening while using a wedge pillow. I would like to know if you think this is actually detrimental to proper posture or can I still achieve the desired results if I continue to use a wedge pillow?

Hi :)
If you could take a picture of yourself stretchlying with this set-up I will be able to answer your question more definitively. (If you'd prefer not to post it here, feel free to send it to me at [email protected])
Having said that, a gentle incline, which is what the Therapedic Wedge appears to have from a quick Google, is probably ok, although it will depend significantly on how far down your back you place it. Let your body guide you - do you feel comfortable?
