I've been Stretchlying on my back since getting your book 3 months ago. For many weeks I could feel a big stretch (yes, it was wonderful) in my back. More recently, I find that the stretch doesn't feel so big anymore. It is still there, and feels good, but just not to the same degree as at first.
So I wonder, is this an indication that I have established a good lengthened spine, and am in a "maxed" out stretch. My spine is well extended and I am maintaining it now?
Has anyone else found that the degree of stretch lessens after practicing it for several weeks?
