I've been stacksitting at work for a couple of weeks now. After trying a few different chairs, I found one that is sturdy, but I think I need a wedge to tip my body forward a bit. I can't seem to get a towel to fold just right, but I found this wedge on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/TravelMate-Large-Medium-FIRM-Wellness-Cushion/dp/B008GPR888/).
Do you think it would work?
Thank you.

Hi Jesse,
Your wedge looks fine to me, as long as it's firm enough, yet still comfortable. The true test is whether it anteverts your pelvis or not and allows you to stacksit properly. If you find the "sweet spot" where you are comfortable, your back muscles are relaxed, and you can breathe deeply, with good movement in your upper body, than it probably is right! A good test is to get into stacksitting, and then try intentionally to "slump". If your pelvis starts tucking, you are not anteverting properly. If might be the height of the wedge, or it might that you have to approach the seat differently, anteverting as you set your sitz bones down. Hope that helps...
