Hi, All
Does anyone have experience using the Gokhale Method to help treat or alleviate cervical vertigo? If so, I'd love to hear about your experience.
Thanks!

Greetings,
The Forum is accessible to all, but each "post" is assigned to one Gokhale Method Teacher. I am that Teacher for your question.
Cervical vertigo, also called cervical dizziness, has not been brought to my attention by any of the over two thousand students I have taught. My exposure to cervical dizziness has been through medical journal articles.
Neck problems and pain are very very common, and most students report improvement with learning and practicing the Gokhale Method.
The Gokhale Method teaches optimal posture, with the primary principles of lengthening, strengthening, reshaping, and moving for comfort, efficiency and function. Spinal health is primary throughout. Therefore, neck posture is a key ingredient of our teaching.
Gokhale Moments videos are a great starting place for the basics principles.
