Hi
I would like to get the DVD in Australia, but Amazon are unable to deliver to Australia, and postage and handling for book plus DVD from your site seems to be $100.
Is there some way of checking if your postage and handling is working correctly, or liaising with Amazon to get deliveries to Australia working?

Sorry for the delay in responding to you. I am a Gokhale method teacher in training in AU. If you have not already sorted this out...You can get the book delivered to you from Book Depository for approx $32 AU. Free Shipping. It is also available as an e-book now...However I do recommend the hard copy. (personal preference) If you contact Gokhale Method through their website www.gokhalemethod.com you may be able to get the DVD sorted for a reasonable shipping price. If all else fails you can contact me. Michelle 0428223271...I have some of the DVD's that I could ship from Tasmania, which is where I live.
