While stacksitting my upper back gets tense and pain starts to arise between my shoulder blades. I've never had upper back problems before, the pain only arises during my attempts to stacksit.
I use a wedge, roll my shoulders and follow the steps in the book - but I must me doing something wrong.
I'm wondering if it's the rolled shoulders that's causing the tension? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! :)
Thanks!
PS really enjoying 8STAPFB - it makes a lot of sense!

I've been focusing on making sure that I maintain the proper posture stances through out the day. In doing so, it's likely that I'm trying a little too hard. I could see how I might be holding my shoulder back in an attempt to stop myself from reverting back to poor posture.
I’ll make sure that I focus on relaxing into the forms instead of holding them.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.

I am having the same problem of soreness in my upper back between my shoulder blades. Guess I am trying too hard! Have other people had this and has it gone away?
