Kyphosis of the lower shoulder
In stretchlying, I know it is important to keep the shoulder not in contact with the bed from rounding forward, and I accomplish this by putting a bolster behind me. Yet I have not found a comfortable way to keep the lower shoulder in the proper position, I usually end up sleeping with all my weight on it in front of me. Any tips?

It's okay to have it roll forward some. Especially if you have broad shoulders and a firm bed, there isn't any other place for it to go! To give your lower shoulder some extra room and minimize the rolled forward distortion, however, add a second pillow under your head.
