First, Esther, thanks a bunch for writing such an elucidating book on posture! I learned about "8 steps" from Nagle after he got back from California last year, and in the meantime I've given a copy of your book to my family in Germany -- it's literally spreading around the world.
Here's my question: I have trouble falling asleep on my back, and so I've mostly been trying to stretchlie on my side. Because my hips and shoulders are quite a bit wider than my midsection, I use a pillow under my waist to keep my back straight.
But then, during the night, I seem to frequently turn onto my back, and I end up waking up with a pillow creating a big sway in my middle and lower back. I've also had some spinal pain sort of mid-back, something I'd never experienced before (usually it's my shoulders that bug me).
Do you have any suggestions on what to do about this?

New pain is not okay - there are a lot of questions to ask around this. I recommend a Skype appointment.
Glad you are spreading the word!
