Unable to find the free audio guide download

Just bought the wonderful book. On the last page of the book, it is indicated that I could download a 'FREE AUDIO GUIDE' from 8stepstoapainfreeback.com, as well as some screen savers and wallpapers for my pc. However, I've combed through the website for days without any success in finding this free download. I'm kinda disappointed because it'd be really good to listen to the author as well. Has the download been removed or the has the offer expired? If not, could anyone provide me with a valid link, please? Thanks.

How is the audio guide for stretchlying and a relaxation exercise coming?

Is it still in the works, or did I just miss it when I was reading through the web site?
