I took the GM 101 six session course from Esther and Cheri last weekend in Washington DC. I am thrilled to say that last week, after a long time I could sit relatively pain-free at work and in my car during those long commutes. The stretch-sit cushion helps a lot in making my back stick after I stretch it. I also followed Esther's instruction for stretchlying on the back and side and I feel much-more relaxed and refreshed in the mornings. I cannot wait to incorporate the rest of the book particularly the inner corset and the related exercises. Already hip-hinging (which seems to give me a good stretch the hamstrings) and glide-walking though I think I need more work on those Thanks Esther and Cheri. Attending GM 101 was one of the best decisions I ever made. :) I amreally impressed by your work.
