Hi Esther
While stretchsitting, stack sitting and stretch lying are thus far somewhat comfortable and are producing some positive changes, tallstanding is proving to be a challenge.
I seem to not be able to get the feet comfortable which puts the rest of the body out of balance. I think the pelvis is rotated and also the left thigh is overworking to remain upright and not collapse.. (yes, the left foot/lower leg is the trouble maker)...
The weight doesnt comfortably remain on the heels.
It feels that when I try to "relax" into the position my left foot rolls in and further imbalance up the body sets in. I do wear custom othotics wth a left raise (for a slightly shorter leg) and these do help but only to an extent.
Any tips? Would it be an idea to insert a photo so you can actually see whats going on with my posture?
Thanks Esther
Dave

Hi Dave,
For problems that involve asymmetry, it takes hands on troubleshooting and close observation. There isn't anything general I can say to address your issues.
As for weight settling on the heels, this is something people have trouble with even in my hands on courses. It takes me showing them their reflection in the mirror to convince them they don't look like an ape (though they feel that way), etc.
