Hello Esther,
When I strechlie on my side, I feel the benefit for the upper shoulder, but my lower shoulder is as rolled frward as ever. (I don't like too many pillows under my head, and don't want to get used to them as a condition for comfortable sleep-so I use one that keeps my neck straight and not any higher than that). Is it important, therefore, to change sides so that both shoulders enjoy the improved position, circulation and so on?
Thanks!
