Stretchsitting at computer and dining table
While stretchsitting at the computer and I need to reach for an item is it better to hinge forward from the hips or reach out with my arm and then reset shoulders? And what is the best way to sit at the dining table and eat?? If I need to bend to eat how should this be accomplished? Would these answers be the same for stacksitting?

Reaching out with the arms is fine; you just don't want to reach out with your shoulders hunching forward. In this case, it is better to hiphinge forward. For eating, I prefer stacksitting so I don't slop food all over myself. And then hiphinging forward is easy. Bon appetit!
