I went through a sort of mini-class here on exercises not to do and it seems one of them was about not bending/arching your spine too far back in a stretch. But there was also a right way to do it. Hanna directed me here to get a hopefully clearer answer on this. I want to review this topic because a PT I've seen has me doing a back stretch that I'm concerned about. Anyone, please?
