Hello!
I have found a pillow that is a good height for keeping my back in alignment when side sleeping, however, my lower shoulder tends to 'crush' or 'cave' during the night. I've tried higher pillows to create more space for my shoulder, but this elevates my neck too high. Any suggestions for how to best position the lower shoulder for comfort?
Thank you!

Hi Rachael,
Thanks for writing, it is a great question.
You are correct that you do not want to elevate your neck too much, it's important that you keep your neck (cervical) and chest (Thoracic) vertebrae in a relatively straight line.
What may help you is to angle your lower shoulder slightly forward so that your weight is placed between the top of your Humerus (Upper arm) and your Shoulder Blade (Scapula)..
I hope that makes a difference for you.
Please let me know,
