Breathing Pattern

While doing Streatchsit I feel streatch in back but my breathing pattern doesn't change means my abdoman have more movement than chest . But while streatchlying there is little more movement in chest than abdoman .

So Am I doing something wrong while streatchsitting ....?

Be sure and roll each shoulder back after placing yourself in traction while Stretchsitting.  If your pectorals are tight, then your ability to roll them back may be limited at first.  The further back the shoulders can rest, the easier it becomes to breathe into your chest.  Think of your lungs as two balloons--they will expand in the direction of least resistance!

I would suggest rolling one shoulder at a time: a little forward, a little up, a lot back.....then totally relax!
