can't figure out how to attach stretchsit cushion to chair

I received my stretchsit cushion quickly by mail. However, I can't figure out how to attach it to a chair. I'm using the recommended padded folding chair from Costco. I've searched for photos or videos and don't see how to do this. The directions that came with it mention attaching it to headrest of a car but not a chair. Can anyone help?

Lengthen the strap all the way and clip it in it's clasp, put the cushion on the back of the chair, then loop the strap around the bottom of the cushion.  So the strap hangs in the back and the cushion is on the front...grap the strap from under the seat back, pull it through to hook onto the bottom part of the cushion.  This will hold it in place.

Mine doesn't have hooks on the bottom.  Is there supposed to be, or do you just loop the slack around the bottom?

Just looping it around the bottom works. It also works to just have the cushion placed behind you riding on your bum. It doesn't have to be fixed in place if there is sufficient friction between the cushion and the backrest of the chair (as in a fabric seat).
