Join Kathleen Marie for a free, 1-hour workshop to learn to live pain-free.

In this workshop, you’ll start to learn the why and the how of the Gokhale Method. Many workshops begin by showing you how to stretchsit. This is a way of sitting back in a seat and giving yourself gentle traction, which eases compression in your spine and stretches out tight or spasming back muscles.

In this short amount of time, you will be introduced to techniques which will allow you to:

  • Reduce or eliminate back, neck, muscle and joint pain
  • Prevent muscle and joint degeneration and injury
  • Increase your energy, stamina, and flexibility
  • Reduce stress and improve your appearance
Effects are often immediate and last a lifetime.

Kathleen Marie believes in natural healing methods that tap into the core of an issue. Her lifelong interest in health and wellness led her to be an LPN in her youth. Perhaps because of her Native American heritage, the primal underpinnings of the Gokhale Method resonated strongly with Kathleen. She began studying the Gokhale Method and became an instructor in 2011. Working directly under Esther, Kathleen traveled across the United States offering foundations courses from 2011 - 2012. From 2012 – 2013, she was the lead teacher in the Palo Alto Gokhale Wellness Center.

Kathleen offers courses from her two home bases, the Pacific Northwest and the Florida Peninsula.
