On page 228 of 8 Steps to a Pain Free Back there is a reference to a free audio guide download to talk us through the steps of stretchlying and a relaxation exercise to follow. I have been unable to locate it on the website. Can you tell me where to find it? Thanks,

While we no longer have an audio guide download, the best tool is our DVD, Back Pain: The Primal Posture Solution. Esther was on Public Television in 2011 for an hour-long special. We included footage plus much more in our DVD that covers not just Stretchlying, but also Stretchsitting and more. I have found it is an excellent compliment to the book and very helpful before and during a Gokhale Method Foundations course. Many of my students have referred back to it months after taking the course.
