I'm 19 year old guy & I don't have any back pain . I just want to improve my posture .
I'm having some questions .
I sit in front of my computer whole day long , so should I sit whole day in the stretchsit position ? And for how many Days ?
& how many exercises I should do per day before moving to next one ?

Hi Bob,
Stretchsitting is therapeutic and gentle, yet very effective for creating length in your spine and putting you in a traction. Therefore, there is really no such thing as "too much" stretchsitting. I would suggest stretchsitting as often as possible. If you feel like there are seated activities which require you to be a little more active, then you can alternate with Stacksitting. The Gokhale Method is a way of positioning your body throughout the day-more of a lifestyle than a set of exercises. Generally I suggest moving through the book over the course of about 6-8 weeks.
