Hello all,
I love the Gokhale method! I have been dealing with what seems to be a shoulder impingement. I have pain when raising my arm and my right scapula doesn't lie flush with my back as much as my left scapula does. I try to practice good posture and shoulder rolls but I think my shoulder needs something more. I saw a study that used this brace for people dealing with shoulder problems:

Does this look like it could help?
Besides the usual very good Gokhale posture recommendations, are there other things I should be doing to get my right shoulder blade flush with my back?

Hi Lisa-
I'm so glad you're doing well with your practice. I took a look at the garment and it looks fine. Remember to do your shoulder roll and rib anchor before the garment is in place you don't want to put it over compromised posture.
You may also want to check out winged scapula and maybe see a DPT for some therapeutic exercises and also check on YouTube. https://www.physio-pedia.com/Winged_scapula
