Attaching the Stretchsit cushion

Hello,
I am considering purchasing a StretchSit cushion! But I have a few questions.

I'm having trouble envisioning how this will work outside of my car. For example, how will I hook it onto my office chair? There is nothing to anchor it to. Also, how will it work on a recliner or sofa, or, will it?

It doesn't need to be attached to anything. I just take it from chair to chair when I travel and stick it behind me. That way I get a stretch in my back wherever I sit and I can make do with all sorts of chairs that would otherwise be pretty uncomfortable.

Thanks for the quick reply, I appreciate it. I watched the Google presentation on YouTube last night, and I've been working with the book since Wednesday. I'm thrilled with the info, thanks so much.

I ordered my StretchSit last night, can't wait to get it!
