hi Esther,
I received your book about a month ago i am integrating as much as i can into my day.
I was just wondering if you could give me advise on what excaclty is wrong with me and what i should focus on to correct my posture.
I have mild pain in the area of the Malleolus of my left foot and on my right leg mild pain in my knee and when i try to straighten my leg out it also makes a little cracking sound, also i have noticed that my right shoulder appears to a bit higher than other one. Thanks.

To diagnose a problem that is very particular to you (clearly any asymmetry is not a cultural /societal problem), it is necessary for an expert to see you, talk to you and examine you. What I can tell you is that working on problems that are symmetric (front to back sways, slumps and other distortions) often render problems related to left/right asymmetry as insignificant.
It is never a mistake to improve your overall structure!
