I have never tried this, and I know that Esther has not either. Just like with most forms of exercise, there are good ways and bad ways to do them. Especially since you have stenosis symptoms, you want to make sure you are using your Inner Corset for any movement or position that would otherwise impact or compress the spine. Beyond that, listen to your body: it's great to stay active and get exercise, but you do want to make sure you're not doing any damage. Choose something that you enjoy doing and that you feel comfortable doing.
