I found this very helpful while whitewater kayaking this weekend! Engaging my obliques really helped me to rotate my body more fully while paddling, and feel more balanced in my kayak. Thanks!
I focused on engaging my obliques while swimming this morning and found that I could rotate my body much more and stretch my arms out further in front of me. It felt great!
