Yoga DVD recommendations?

Dear Esther, Do you recommend any particular yoga DVD for at home use or any other exercise DVD that allows one to maintain proper body alignment? Of course, I would love to buy your own version once you make it, but in the mean time, do you recommend anything? Thanks. Lemontree

Hello, I would like to thank you so much for your book, which has helped me enormously. I found a DVD by Desiree Rumbaugh - "yoga to the rescue for Back Pain" which has exercises I have build into my daily exercise regimen. Regards Ruth

I would recommend you to go to YogaVideos4You blog, where a lot of good yoga DVDs for beginners are reviewed. They are sorted by categories. There are also many yoga DVDs to do at home. So, you will find many good suggestions to choose from.
