Hi,
Because I feel so good after swimming I never correlated this to swimming. But after several months of monitoring I think have narrowed this issue down to swimming.
I notice that after I swim (maybe 20 lengths free style), then for the next 2 days I feel amazing.
Then on the 3rd day I start feeling a little soreness on the left hip.
And on the 4th day if I am not careful, my left QL will spasm.
Things take another few days to normalize.
Does this several day delay make sense?
What could I be doing wrong?

Could be that the swimming straightens out your muscle balance (or worsens it?), and then after 3 days of walking with a certain muscle balance for water transport and not land, you start to feel aches and pains from the temporarily new way of going on land. But that's really not much swimming, so I do wonder if it's something else you're doing on your swim days.
