Hello,
I have a serious flat feet problem, although I am just 19 years old now. Every shoes that I wear after just a few months will deform.
And, my foot usually feels tried more than my friend.
Can anyone give me some suggestions of good shoes for flat feet?

Sorry to hear of your sore feet. Often our foot muscles experience atrophy from underutilization in walking and other physical activities.
For shoes, I would offer to find a pair with supportive arches and a wider toe box.
Other recommendations to offer are the foot strengthening exercises found on the website and at the back of Eight Steps to a Pain Free Back.
