Hello,
I am new to the Gokhale method, and i am very impressed by the success stories and benefits of it. I wanted to ask Esther Gokhale or staff, what they think of the squatty potty -

Would you recommend this to help maintain the primal posture ?
I appreciate your help and thank you for the effort of building a new method and teaching the world to go back to primal posture.
Kind regards,
Pinky

Love the squatty potty - it's the perfect blend of taking people back to primal ways while ackowledging that some adaptations are needed given the state of the modern human frame (full squat not healthy on the spinal discs and foot ligaments). So you get the benefit of the healthy bowel plumbing / architecture without the downside of forcing a modern frame into a shape that doesn't fit. Yay, we need more things like this.
