I have the book and one task i find difficult to keep the right posture in is wearing and taking of pants, not to mention leggings. How do we do this in the gokhale methode?

Hello!
Does anyone know of any brands or places that you have found pants that fit using the gokhale method? I am having so much trouble finding pants. I'm a taller woman(5'10) so it's challenging for me to find pants to begin with, but I would appreciate it so much if anyone had any links or suggestions of places I could find pants using this method. I love the gokhale method and it's truly changing my life little by little. Any help I can get is so appreciated. Thank you so much!! :)
