I took the Foundation course several years ago. I tried doing the exercises regularly, but unfortunately, that never really happened. Now I'd like to find an online exercise partner and I'm hoping that will help me to exercise more regularly. This is how I imagine it. We'd choose a day and time - probably once a week. Then we'd agree to meet either by Zoom or phone for perhaps 20 - 30 minutes. We could do the same exercises or different ones. We might agree to participate in one of the online in-person classes or a pre-recorded class.
I know I could participate in the classes without a partner, but the fact is I rarely do. Partners help discipline me. If you're interested, please let me know.
