Hello, i have been practicing and working on the steps that are in the 8 steps to a pain free back alongside watching the primal posture solution for visual aid. I do kettlbell swings and getups from a program called Simple and Sinister. I love the program but had a question about the nature of the swings and getups. are these two movements safe for posture?
